2. Hostel Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hostel. Prices, room availability, and special offers may change without prior notice.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- Booking confirmation is issued only after successful payment.
- Applicable taxes and service charges may be added.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation may be available depending on the selected room policy.
- Refunds are processed according to the hostel's cancellation policy.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Guests must present a valid government-issued ID.
- Standard check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
- Standard check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out may incur additional charges.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for maintaining hostel property and behaving respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities on hostel premises.
- Disturbing other guests.
- Damaging hostel property.
- Providing false booking information.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use lockers and other security facilities provided by the hostel.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date.
